Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days from our Canadian warehouse.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, Europe and select international locations.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We use trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- All shipments are insured, with coverage depending on the product’s value.
- Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders for added security.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the package.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Estimates
- Delivery times vary based on the destination and courier service used.
- Please allow additional time for processing during holidays or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to you.
Damages & Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item(s) so we can assist you.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
