These pieces are defined by their tactile texture—featuring natural vugs (crystal caves), exposed quartz windows, or matte sedimentary patches. They are deeply grounding tools that allow you to touch the actual grain of the Windalia Radiolarite formation.

Geological Overview

These spheres showcase the complex formation of Windalia Radiolarite (Mookaite) in its more "sedimentary" state. While the gem-grade sections are fully silicified (turned to glass-like chert), these "Earth Grade" sections reveal the transition between the ancient clay seabed and the quartz infusion. The visible vugs and matrix are evidence of gas pockets or areas where the silica did not fully saturate the rock 100 million years ago.
