Pink Amethyst is a rare variety of quartz found primarily in the El Chiquada region of Patagonia, Argentina. Its unique pink color comes from inclusions of Hematite and Iron within the crystal lattice. It is geologically younger than Purple Amethyst and is prized for its delicate range of colors.
